Speaking
Conversations that move growth forward.
Your audience gets how B2B growth works right now, from someone running it this quarter: what AI changes for growth teams, how to connect ad spend to revenue, and what a farm teaches about building things that last. Every example is real, with the confidential parts taken out, and every talk ends with something people can try on Monday.

What organizers say
"Sophia talks about growth like someone who is running the campaigns, because she is. She brought real examples to the GrowthHackers Conference stage, made the hard parts easy for the room to follow, and people were still asking her questions long after her session ended."

Speaker bio · long
Sophia Eng is Director of Growth Marketing at Journify, a VC-backed B2B startup, where she runs paid acquisition in-house and connects ad platforms, CRM data and sales so campaigns learn from revenue instead of clicks. Before that she spent 15+ years in paid media and growth roles at Autodesk, Workday, InVision and Smartsheet. Before tech, she co-founded a top-five wedding photography studio and a frozen yogurt shop, which she sold after it hit seven figures. She built and taught CXL's growth marketing course alongside Sean Ellis, founded The Growth School, and writes Growth, Engineered, a newsletter on building B2B growth with AI, paid media and the signals that predict revenue. She is the author of The Nourishing Asian Kitchen and co-author of The Nourishing Asian Homestead (Chelsea Green, 2026). She splits her time between Silicon Valley and her family's farm in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
